Chris learning to surf in Austrailia

Chris is a seasoned corporate and commercial lawyer based in Waterloo, Ontario. Drawing on years of experience working on Bay Street with a large national firm, Chris now focuses on providing legal advice to local small and medium sized businesses. Chris also provides advice to not-for-profit organizations and individuals looking to implement their estate planning goals.

Chris received his law degree from the University of Toronto, and was called to the Ontario bar in 1999. Prior to practicing law, Chris obtained Bachelor and Master degrees in Engineering from Queen’s University, and worked in the natural resource and environmental engineering industries in Canada, the U.S. and overseas.

Some of Chris’s personal accomplishments include: riding a motorcycle across Canada; heli-skiing in the Rockies; learning to surf in Australia; and diving with whale sharks in the Caribbean. When he’s not recovering from his latest travel adventure, Chris enjoys relaxing with friends and family and playing the ukulele.
